Your account
Your documents are yours We take that seriously, and we've built this page so you're the one who decides what happens to them. We don't train our models on the files you upload — we have enough of our own reference data for that. Every setting below is a real switch, not a suggestion.
Storage and retention
Choose what Docurensic keeps after a scan. The analysis itself always runs in temporary processing that is discarded once the scan finishes — this setting only controls whether the file is saved afterward. In Store and review, the analyzed original is saved, encrypted, to your File Vault (when vault storage is available and your plan has quota) so you can reopen and re-run it. In Storageless, no new copy of the file is kept — only a slim record (filename, verdict, findings, document type, and a verification hash). Files already in File Vault or connected storage stay where they are, under your control.
File storage
Where your File Vault keeps documents. Docurensic-hosted storage is encrypted per user (AES-256-GCM) — no one else, including other accounts, can open your files. Bring-your-own storage providers are on the way.
Engine control plane
Shape exactly how the forensic engine treats your documents — thresholds, which checks run, per-document-type rules, your company profile, and your own custom rules. Turn on custom engine settings to edit this control plane; while active, every change applies to the next scan. Core forensic tampering checks always run.
Rule context, industry & sensitivity
Region supplies a context value your custom rules can test; it does not change document parsing. Industry selects recommended settings, and sensitivity adjusts score thresholds.
Freight and logistics is the fully tuned pack today; other presets seed the recommended settings and are saved to your profile.
Risk thresholdsⓘ
The score gates that decide a verdict. Sensitivity scales these automatically; the marker shows the calibrated default. Raising a gate quiets noise — but a hard tampering signal always escalates regardless.
Detection rulesⓘ
Every check the engine can run, grouped by what it does. Core forensic checks are locked on (you can still soften their severity); advisory checks can be turned off. Lowering a check's severity ceiling reduces how much it can move a score.
Muted findingsⓘ
Finer than turning a whole check off: mute one recurring finding that's expected for your documents — optionally only when its text contains a phrase (e.g. your ERP's producer string). Core forensic findings are softened to low severity, never silenced.
Document-type rules
For each document type: set its own detection sensitivity (e.g. escalate invoices sooner than everything else), flag documents over an amount, or require an approved counterparty domain.
Company profile & custom flags
Tell the engine who you are and who you trust. These power opt-in flags — a missing company name, an unapproved sender domain, or a changed remit account become findings on documents that don't match.
Custom rulesⓘ
Your own “when this, flag that” rules, in plain language. A matched rule raises an account-policy finding, can add a tag, require review or reject, and trigger a Smart Workflow. It never changes the forensic evidence score or authenticity verdict.
Detection features
Turn off anything you don't need. Disabled features never process your documents. Core forensic analysis (PDF structure, fonts, metadata, tampering) always runs.
Preview features
Early, in-progress surfaces — off by default. Enable to try them on their tool page; expect rough edges.
Your plan
You're on the Free plan while Docurensic billing is in preview — paid plans open soon.

Coming soon Paid plans, invoices and payment management are on the way — billing will be handled securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.
API access
Connect your own systems to Docurensic over a REST API (analysis only for now: upload a document, get back the verdict, score, document type, summary and AI review). Requests inherit this workspace's privacy configuration, including storage mode and enabled features.
The master switch. When off, every API request is rejected — your key stays stored but stops working until you switch it back on.
API key
Production key
—
Your key is shown once at creation — store it securely. We keep only a hash, so it can't be shown again; regenerating replaces it and the old key stops working immediately.
The interface is available in English, French, and Spanish. Support is available in English only.
Manage your account
Export your data, pause billing, or leave entirely. Your data belongs to you at every step, including on the way out.
Export all data
Download every finding, report, setting, and vendor baseline as a portable JSON archive. Available on all plans, always free.
Cancel subscription
You're on the Free plan — there's nothing to cancel. Once paid plans launch, cancelling here will downgrade you at the end of the billing period and keep your data.
Delete account
Permanently deletes your account, scan history, settings, and vendor baselines. This can't be undone.
